This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are provided for the OTC Program offered by Fitness is Freedom LLC, DBA OTC Fitness Co ("OTC Fitness," "we," "us," and "our"). This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. The Month One Guarantee
The OTC Program is a six-month coaching program purchased as a one-time investment — not a recurring subscription. We back every enrollment with the Month One Guarantee: complete your first month, and if you are not satisfied with the program, we will refund every dollar of your program fee.
2. Eligibility
The Month One Guarantee applies when all of the following are true:
- You purchased the OTC Program directly from OTC Fitness.
- You have completed month one of the program. "Month one" means the first 30 calendar days from your program start date — the start date confirmed to you in writing when your coaching begins.
- You submit your refund request within 7 calendar days after the end of month one (that is, on or before day 37 of your program).
The Month One Guarantee is available once per client and applies to your first enrollment in the OTC Program only. It does not apply to re-enrollments or to any separately purchased services.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email coaching@otcfitness.co from the email address on your account with your full name and a statement that you are requesting a refund under the Month One Guarantee. You do not need to provide a reason, though we welcome feedback. We may confirm your identity and eligibility before processing.
4. Refund Processing
Once your request is confirmed as eligible, we will refund 100% of your program fee to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.
5. Effect of a Refund
When a refund is issued:
- Your participation in the OTC Program and all coaching services end.
- Your access to the OTC platform will be deactivated.
- You keep personal copies of the workouts and programs you created during month one. If you would like an export of your workouts before deactivation, request it in your refund email and we will provide it.
6. Refunds Outside the Month One Guarantee
Except as described above or as required by applicable law, program fees are non-refundable after the Month One Guarantee window closes. We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests outside this policy on a case-by-case basis (for example, documented medical circumstances); any such exception does not waive this policy for other cases.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect on your program start date governs your enrollment. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
